Indian Army Paratroopers Air Drop Into Ladakh From C-130J Super Hercules Amid China Standoff

Indian Army paratrooper (Livefist) Indian Army's brave paratroopers can be seen directly airdropping themselves into Ladakh's Stakna in a new video released by Livefist Defence. In the video 14 Indian Army paratroopers can be seen diving into the skies from the exit ramp of C-130J Super Hercules aircraft. A second video gives a first person view from the camera of one of the paratroopers. In the second video the paratroopers can be seen soaring over the Ladakh mountains in the backdrop of crystal clear blue skies dotted with white clouds. Army to verify Chinese pullback over next 10 days

India will keep a close watch and carefully verify over the next 10 days whether Chinese soldiers pull back further for concrete "disengagement" between the rival troops in eastern Ladakh before discussing "de-escalation" at the next corps commander-level meeting. Services can now get special financial powers for capital acquisition

According to an official statement released by the Ministry of Defence (MoD), this power has been delegated for fast-tracking urgent capital acquisition cases up to Rs. 300 crore for the three services.    According to sources, there has been a focus on stock up ammunition, which would help the Indian Army.
