India aims to get drones from US


Getting some lethal armed drones from the U.S. like the “Predator” will be the agenda of Indian Defence Minister visit to Washington. But acquiring drones from U.S. is not an easy task due to tough U.S. policies. 



The  Predator is an American unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) produced in 1995 used primarily by the United States Air Force(USAF), Italian Air Force , Turkish Air Force, Royal Moroccan Air Force and Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). Predator is developed by General Atomics GNAT and the unit cost is  US$4.03 million.
