Indian Armed force is considering to grant all women officers as permanent commission officers. This is A positive move towards women empowerment we have India’s first full time women defence minister Mrs Nirmala Sitaraman sering nation with dedication Other achievements by women officers are circumnavigating the world, Achieving victory in sports etc The time has come for India to induct them not only in Education and Administrative services but also in combat role Very few countries in the world.
Have women in combat role It could be a good move in Government considers women through National Defence academy (NDA) entry which could be the best way to recruit young challenging mind equal to Their male counterpart they have other entries through air force common aptitude test (AFCAT) combined graduate level service examination (CDSE) but by the time they learn exam and attend SSB (Service Selection Board) their age and attempts are over ie they have very less chances compared to that of boys.
Indian society marry off their daughter at very young age many dedicated and passionate mind miss the Opportunity to prove themselves hence, it could be a good move if government considers taking women At very early age and train them for future challenges by nation.
